Refund policy

At Moon Collectables, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn (for shirts), unopened (where applicable), and in their original condition with all original packaging and tags.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Customized or personalized products
Gift cards
Final sale or clearance items
Opened or used paint products
Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong item was shipped. If you need an exchange, please contact us for assistance.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
